  6. Two JPEG viewers for AGA Amigas (A1200, A4000)

  9. Before using either viewer start the public screen program ham8.
  10. Al-j gives a scrollable window display of a JPEG file.
  11. Al-backdrop resizes the screen and loads a JPEG file as a backdrop.
  12.  
  13. The palette is fixed so a backdrop plus several windows is possible.
  14. Large images eat up lots of chip ram in the windows so load them as backdrops
  15. or use a small screen and scroll them if you run out of ram.
  16.  
  17. Permission is given for free distribution of these programs providing all 
  18. source files are included.  The executables and library need not be included.
  19.  
  20. The programs are not perfect!

  55. the trouble to get the Independent JPEG Group's source code if you create
  56. another JPEG viewer or converter from the Al-J code.
